What kind of coconut oil is best for my dog

When you have a dog that is constantly on the defense from flea bites, scratching and itchy skin, its hard to just stand by and watch your puppy being ravaged by pesky fleas.

I still remember the day Tess came home from a shelter where we adopted her. She looked tired and her skin was constantly being scratched from left and right. A closer look, her skin I could see fleas jumping here and there.

This post am just going to share with you what worked for me, to stop the itching, get the fleas off our Tess and restore the skin shine and put the scabs under control until we got all the skin scabs out using dog shampoo, meal replacement to better tackle the skin scabs inside out.

For a start, if you are wondering and asking what kind of coconut oil is good for Fleas? There are many coconut oil for fleas that can get the job dog and fleas will be the thing of the past. The one thing I had to make a choice on was choosing the right type of coconut oil for fleas that also took care of the natural skin shine, repaired the flaky dog skin and allowed out Tess to love living in her new home free from itchy scratchy moments in between eating and watching tv while perched in between my wife and I.

Coconut Oil For Fleas Is Not For Everyone

While coconut oil for fleas has worked for many dog owners especially myself, but it’s not for everyone. Those who didn’t find coconut oil palatable to their dog’s needs, try ACV can help relieve itchy skin and rashes caused by yeast and poison ivy. The best way to apply is by making a 50/50 mix solution of apple cider vinegar and water in a spray bottle and applying directly onto itchy spots, but NOT open wounds – the vinegar will sting if the wound is raw.
